No kidding! There will certainly always be a place for rotating media (well... maybe I shouldn't be sure of that... say for the next ten years). But aside from video, what are most people going to do with today's "entry level" 160 GB drives? That is just an inconceivable amount of storage. Not to mention impossible to back up. I'd love to have an inexpensive flash drive in a 2.5" IDE form factor to slap into my laptop, that would give me great performance and better battery life. Heck, I could do a lot with 4 or 8 GB.
