Dear Activecore Shareholders,

Management has prepared this statement:

Effective today, Activecore management has been in constant communication with Interactive Data Corp., the parent of Raging Bull and its legal council, in respect with postings made of malicious and defamatory nature by “Activewhore” and “ActivewhoreFYI”.

The legal council of Raging Bull has taken the extraordinary steps of removing the posts and is cooperating fully with Activecore Management in sharing its information in its possession with the identification of the origin of the posts and the identity of the poster.

Although management cannot disclose its findings in this IR HUB, it will do so in a Statement of Claim that is to be issued to the responsible parties that have been identified. This information, once public, will be available to all shareholders and we hope that the true nature and intent of these posts and its author will be exposed.

Regards,

ACORACOM Investor Relations
