Sara Lee Reports on Spinoff Plan suntimes.com By BLOOMBERG NEWS Published: May 25, 2006 "The Sara Lee Corporation said yesterday that it expected to complete the spinoff of its Hanes, Playtex and Wonderbra apparel unit by September as it shed assets to focus on faster-growing businesses. The unit, Hanesbrands, had $4.7 billion in sales in fiscal 2005. The distribution ratio for the shares will be determined shortly before the transaction takes place, Sara Lee said..."
