DALLAS, TX--(MARKET WIRE)--May 25, 2006 -- RG America, Inc., ("RG") (OTC BB:RGMI.OB - News) a Dallas-based insurance restoration company specializing in recovery, remediation, roofing and re-construction of insurance losses, announces that it has been marketing its services to existing and prospective clients along the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts, prior to this year's 2006 Hurricane Season (which officially begins June 1st). The Company has signed up commercial and condominium projects in advance of the 2006 Hurricane Season with its Advance Emergency Response Agreement (AERA), which positions the property at the "front-of-the-line" for RG's much sought-after services, in the case of destructive storms or other catastrophic events.

RG America estimates that it has signed pre-loss agreements for its services in the form of AERA contracts for over $40 million in property values on the Texas Coastal Resort Area alone. Articles and features currently being circulated by major news, radio and meteorological sources are predicting anywhere from 13-18 significant storms this season, with 6-10 major hurricanes expected to hit the U.S. Coast between June and November of this year.

"With the new AERA contracts, our Emergency Response Teams have advance emergency contact information, property specific details and insurance parameters, all of which will enable the Company to move swiftly to protect the properties from post-storm damage and restore the structures to their pre-loss conditions," stated Mike Mayor, VP of Sales & Marketing for RG America, Inc. "We anticipate serving even more clients in the 2006 Hurricane Season than in previous years, with the continued dedication and service to our customers, on which we have built our solid reputation."
