Your inability to see the meaning behind statements and stick to the most unusual literal interpretation is impressive...I suppose you also see the Bible or Torah quite literally too...in any event, "I" in my statement was a representative of "a citizen" which should be understood as "the people"...out of curiosity, did you ever read and understand any literature that was considered philosophical and symbolic...say Lord of the Flies for example?
