Monday September 22 3:18 PM EDT Company Press Release Life Industries Inc. Announces the Completion of Reorganization Plan FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 1997--Life Industries Inc. (OTC BB:LFEI - news) announced Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Quill Industries Inc., a Texas corporation. In addition, the company implemented a reorganization plan that changes the name of the company to Quill Industries Inc. and recapitalizes the company's common stock with a 100-for-1 reverse split as of the record date of Sept. 22, 1997. The company's new trading symbol is ``QUIL'' on the OTC Bulletin Board. The reorganization plan was approved by shareholders in a Special Meeting held Aug. 26, 1997. Quill Industries Inc. is engaged in the business of producing and marketing ostrich products including top quality leather goods both domestically and internationally.
