I think we've seen how economic weakness is going to be treated.

lower bond yields, stronger dollar, lower gold, lower stock market.

that's because economic weakness is a symptom of declining liquidity. watch non m1 m2.

interest payments are draining cash out of the system faster than new debt is created. we are entering a liquidity trap.
