If you are long term, you absorb the shocks and stay invested. If you're a trader, don't overtrade, never be too impressed with your own brilliance, and do not meet margin calls with cash. As for the Gold market today, I think we have transitioned from a bull market to a trading market, for the next few months. After that, who knows?
