So, here is how the market finished up today.

16:20 ET Dow +93.73, Nasdaq +29.07, S&P +14.31

A banner day, yes? - no, not for the SOX. The SOX was down 0.4 percent for the day. Four of the stocks in the SOX index were down over 1 percent, MRVL(-3.3%), NSM(-3.3%), MXIM(-2.2%), and BRCM(-1.4%).

While the SOX was down 0.4 percent for the day, the Group and NASDAQ were up 1.3 percent.
