Prerequs for this end of terror and acceptance of defacto borders for the most part

What I don't like is the very questionable look of the eastern border of the West Bank region. U.S. News (admittedly quite pro Israel) shows the barrier along the western border well defined, but then the Jordan Valley all along the east is kind of question marked. If Israel is intending to enclose the West Bank while keeping all the Ag land and water in the Jordan Valley, thats not right. Have not seen any good comments on that, so I might be misreading things.
