Actually, no I don't know if "it" has been done. There is agreement that the earth has gotten warmer in the 20th Century. There is general agreement is that man has contributed to the warming that occurred in the 20th Century - but I do not know if there is a general agreement on how much that is. I believe that there may be general agreement that man is probably responsible for most of the warming that occurred since the 70's., but not so much for the warming that occurred at the first part of the 20th Century. I do not know if there is agreement that current temperatures are the highest in the past 1000 years.

The earth warmed very quickly from the 70's till 1998 (~0.3 degrees C). From 1998 till 2005 earth temperature have plateaued even though CO2 concentrations have continued to rise.
