First let me apologize if I seemed critical of your post. That was not my intent. We are all here to share information with the intensions of making profitable investments. It seems that all of the posts on this thread have been very bullish, and the flip side of this company has not been discussed. Furthermore, lots of opinions.

IF FDCD licenses their payment technology, then we can pretty much write off any possibilities of FDCD making revenue marketing their version.

FDCD owns 25% of the only company that is producing revenue, and it is "valued" at 30 cents. Is that right?? Has anybody read a prospectus? Not being a US stock, I can't read the Edgar database. Is there a source for non-biased factual information of this company?

Has anybody seen their gaming software that will go online?
