MXIM - i believe that high end analog semiconductor companies have a franchise as well. Many of them, like LLTC, MXIM have been sustaining gross margins of 60%+ since they started up in the 80's. The reason for this is that the design of analog chips is highly proprietary and not easy to duplicate. This gives these companies a considerable moat, that is sustained through the ups and downs of the semi cycle.

I added to my MXIM position today.
