BILL CLINTON was the president when Enron set up all those phony partnerships with the help of Robert Rubin and Clinton's Commerce Dept. Clinton put the taxpayers on the hook for the Indian loan guarantee that Enron secured. And Clinton oversaw the California energy crisis in 2000 that lefties allege was perpetrated by Enron.

George Bush brought Enron to justice.
Next up, cut a deal with Lay to fully lay out the Clinton Administration's role in the felony. Bill Clinton behind bars is a wet dream.
