That is why he has extended the court date in hopes that things will quiet down and he can get a deal. He's a fool if he thinks he can get these kids to plead to anything, even a misdemeanor. I'm sure they will insist on a full dismissal of all charges, otherwise Nifong is going to get his head handed to him at trial.
