Oil Man, Correct me if I am wrong. I was uder the impression that the NJ restaurant was actually not a KKRO, but instead an icecream parlor. It was shut down months ago because of casino expansion and not because it was losing money. I also believe KKRO made money on the sale? I could be completely off on this so someone else please do offer additional comment. I'll check back at the SEC site to review the documents. Fred
