I think that Mexico has a skilled mining labor force and a steel construction force. As far as equipment goes in the old days 35 years ago I worked on a crew that would dismantle old sawmills and salvage the equipment and rebuild scabbing in motors, conveyors, saws etc. The same thing can be done with mining equipment. Start the refurbishing now and throw the stuff together. Boom! <g> No doubt one reason they have not contacted me to build out the infrastructure. But my oldest brother still does that line of work so maybe we can keep it in the family. <g>
