Rove's indictment (or not) is a fiery debate point in the capitol. Some say he has been told he will be indicted, some say the process is still unfolding, others are waiting to see what happens. If I were Rove I wouldn't be making too many plans for the future though. He is clearly guilty, and his only hope of getting off is the very weak "I forgot" defense, which didn't work in Watergate and probably won't work here.
