Well, that may be to some extent, but it seems to me that there is going to be increasing competition for that labor as more properties advance towards production. I have heard of some newbies who ordered heavy mining equipment and did not realize that tires were not included. When they went to order the tires, they found out that they were backordered by many months. Oops.
