Libby's defense team said he was instructed by his "superiors" to leak Plame's name. The only superior he answered to is Cheney. You can spin and deny it all you want, but Fitzgerald and the Grand Jury are very aware of this, and it's Libby's only defense. The trick they're trying to play is to blame Cheney then Cheney have the nerve to claim executive privilege, meaning he can out any CIA agent he wants and no one can do anything about it. Indictment and impeachment time for Cheney. Man's a master crook and a real menace to this country.
