Shalom, No, me is just me. Jfred is somebody else. Re-reading my posts, I can see how what John is saying quite right - things don't necessarily read the way you mean them to.
For example, when I said "Shalom can fib". I didn't mean you do, I simply meant that being a Christian would involve humility and acceptance of great limitations, together with suffering temptation and all the other problems of being a people. So you could fib without being inconsistent in your beliefs, but that would involve some mental dilemma for you. Which would necessitate a plea for forgiveness from God once you realized you had overstepped the moral law.
The Si Investor explosion I think resulted from some conversation I decided to have personally with God. Exerting my free will in my discussions with him caused a few cosmic gravity shifts - but tough luck for him. He can't give me free will then argue the toss with me.
So what he and I agreed was that he could blow up my cosmic posting - sorry for those who didn't get to read it. I thought it was really good, but that is a bit immodest. Unfortunately, he is a bit imprecise sometimes, so there was a bit of collateral damage too.
I negotiated with him for more space, hence the very wide band posting, because he agreed that being much more limited than his side of the discussion, I could perhaps have the extra space so that I would not be inhibited by space alone. He wants to win on reason, not space.
By talking to myself, I didn't mean that Jfred is me. Just that all I really do is click away making light on the screen change, then later on the lights do something back at me. It is almost an in-the-head religious experience. No external 3D, wet, cold, smelly or beautiful world required.
Soon I'll get to where that idea is leading. If I don't forget [we didn't get very robust memory systems when we got made did we - I tried to get some extra RAM for my occipital lobe, but no deal at present he said]. I'll do it in another post, leaving this to stew a while and see if it gets exploded too.
