All I did for years was get stoned, listen to music and read books and play poker, and subsitute teach. I had it pretty good, should have kept doing it-lol. Every night we would go from house to house (San Jose)and see what scene they had going on. Everyone had different varities of albums. One of the 10 biggest ones people don't know was "Mixed Bag" by Richie Havens. And then we had songs to trip out on-like section 43, country Joe and the fish-lol. EAST/WEST Paul Butterfields blues Band. . Everyone had three things: a coffee table with incense and pot and a stero-lol. Mostly we didn't drink or do other drugs. Just smoked a little pot. None of us ever hurt anyone-lol. But something special happens when one listens to great music with a bit of a buzz-lol. YOu sort of get right into the music. The Jefferson Airplane's first two albums was such a huge hit, they shot the rock music world with huge rockets. Even the straight people liked Jefferson Airplane-lol. Boy those were fun times-lol. Lots of laughing.
