20 years ago I went to Cabo San Lucas, sleepy little village on the tip of the Baja. Two resorts, one owned by an investment group and the other the government. Hell, the movie theater had junk cars for walls and the water would clean your bowels.

Watched a fishing show recently and the place is crawling with activity, resorts, nightclubs and 5 pro designed gulf courses. People coming from all over the world to compete in fishing contests where the prizes are up to a million bucks.
