To be in the top bracket, you need to accept "gifts" and bribes, hush money, homes, boats and prostitutes. Or operate illegal scams like Enron. Or have monopoly-like businesses like Microsoft, Exxon and Marlboro. Defense businesses are doing well.

I'm more than happy to be a middle class lunk working for a living and supporting my family. I pay my fair share of taxes, so shove it.
