if people just made a start, it would be something. Would it? How much of a difference would it make? Would it fix the problem or merely postpone it for a few years? Has anyone plotted that out? Do we know it's feasible and what the economics are? I know how keen you are on economic factors. Very small cars If it's not likely to fix the problem, does it make sense to, say, lose a son now in an auto accident in a tiny car to avoid perhaps losing his great, great, great, great, great, etc. grandchildren to, say, flooding? Has anyone thought that out?
