Grant, no, I have never shorted CYMI...I did sell DELL back around low 80's and covered that trade at about flat after many frustrating days trading to improve my average, only to finally cover with no gains. And glad I did, as it has rallied another 14 points since I bailed out...close call.....actually I bought some CYMI the first time it dropped into the 60's before the split, and I sold it around 72 and then rebought at 29 5/8 after the split, and sold half of that at 34 and still hold the rest. I was more trading than investing, although I would like to try to keep what I have now for long term since my average is pretty darn good now. But I still think somethings not being fully disclosed, and thats why I wont "back up the truck" as has been suggested here.

I have backed up the truck on several occasions to buy JMAR over the last 2 years (sorry, just had to get a JMAR plug in there!) and hope that both companies will do well over the long term.....best of luck to you.......;^)
