Yup, that worked real well almost five years ago, didn't it? And occupying one of the their holy sites was precisely one of the grievances - we had dared station our infidel soldiers on the land of the two holy cities, at the request of its corrupt rulers.

Yes, I failed to mention the many years of supporting Islamic suppressing regimes in the Islamic countries as another one of America's great accomplishments. Also, trying to secure their oil on favorable terms to us. Also currently occupying two of their countries. Also our very asymmetric support of Israel in $ and talk.

I have not noticed Islamic wacko's attacking Brazil for example, largely because Brazil does not do the things listed above. If you want to think it is because they have not gotten around to converting Brazil to Islam simply because B follows A in the alphabet, but will at some point in time, fine.

In foreign policy, just like in science (such things as evolution and global warming) it helps to be able to understand cause and effect. Some people consistently deny such things. Why?
