Coopie,

I posted Pallaum's news release from last thursday ( post #225 ) Cimarron put their own news out today which basically states that they have received info from their JV partners and the information is the same. Pallaum can earn 75% in the CVP property from Cimarron.
I do not have a copy of their news release so I will ask Steve from Cimarron to post it.

This news is very good as we can now start to see the potential of the CVP property. If you read the USA today article on Nevada which can be viewed in the "what's new section" at pallaum.com the seismic studies were intrumental in the discovery o fthe pipeline deposit which could end up as one of the largest and lowest cost gold mines in the world. Pallaum has seven properties in the trend.

Exploration is continuing on a number of properties and as you know negotiations are on going with potential JV partners on a number of properties. The company remains very focussed on all its properties in Nevada. Specific questions can be forwarded to me at mcrowther@pallaum.com and I will try and answer them. Regarding SI - I believe it is best for me to remain relatively absent as it allows investors to discuss the company and its activities amongst themselves.

Yours truly,

Mark Crowther
