Well. . .
[ I always like to use that opening when I can as it was used so effectively, so often, by Ronald Reagan. :) ]
Unless we find a way to change time with some temporal traveling machine (and even if we do, then we may run the risk of uncreating ourselves, and , hey, that might not be so good!) the past wars cannot be undone.
Therefore, we can only control the present and try to shape the future. I would say the most nation-changing war we are in right now is not Iraq, not even a potential war with Iran. No, the most critical is the undeclared war with Mexico and the ongoing invasion. Unless the House wins, it is the absolute long term demise of our nation, our laws, our culture and our Constitution.
The government doesn't fear us anymore. They (the elected politicians and bureaucrats) believe they are the elite and that they RULE US!
It is long past the time we American citizens who understand the sacrifice our brothers and sisters made, they who are honored every year on Memorial Day, finally stand up and take back America, return our destiny to the true paths of liberty and inalienable rights, and return our government to its proper role -- a servant to you and I and every other American citizen.
