Quit lying. The VC regular was ID'ed and he had a B-40 rocket launder he was trying to blow up Kerry's boat with. Kerry leaped after him and killed him, risking his own life in the process. There is nothing remotely controversial about his Silver Star winning exploit. It was 100% clean and deserved. And the smearvets 100% lied and they knew it.
