it was a sewer system that had many , many exits and also tunnels that mexicans build from the sewer. i believe the reference to 80 exists was the sewer system and add on the tunnels the mexicans break out from the sewer system and you many more exits.

i believe they maintain security cameras at the beginning of the main sewer tunnel. if someone is spotted along there they send out cops.. however he also said many know how to get around those cameras. this is just one border town joined in mexico by another border town.

someone was discussing this morning on the talk show perhaps senator from il. many of these border towns have business relationships with each other and survive on each others business transactions. this all has to be worked out if a wall is going to be placed between.. you just cannot put up a wall and disregard the communities. He made a point i wasn't previously aware of.
