The issue was "just wars", or more correctly attempts at trying to define something like that. (ridiculous stuff, at least the way that has been attempted by the "just war" propaganda producers)

Bush, on the other hand, seemed to get very few, short applauses, basically just one close to the microphone who started and then a handful who tried to help, for a very short while. They should learn how to applaud from the US congress and the old Sovjet Union!!
