How in the world do you or anyone else know that these were criminals, common or otherwise? Iraqis just got rounded up (and maybe shot) and stuffed into prisons.

Why are you defending Rumsfeld? Why does he deserve defending? He's incredibly powerful and yet has zero sense of accountability even though he's OUR EMPLOYEE. He's lied time and again, been wrong time and again and yet he's still putzing around still lying and still being wrong.

Why does the rightwing defend such unbelievable incompetence? Why does this admin continue to use sheer incompetence as a defense? Abu Ghraib, which Dubyette says was the worst mistake of the war, was under Rumsfeld's (and his) watch. Why doesn't he fire Rumsfeld because it was UNDER HIS WATCH.

For that matter, why doesn't Dubyette resign for all the blunders UNDER HIS WATCH.

Since when did the rightwing become the ideology of incompetence?
