I believe you are missing a major point in this debate. You are NOT just what you eat you are also what you do. Maybe one of the reasons you are still alive to nebish about this problem is the fact that you have led a very active existence. It has made possible your present experiment in life extension.

I do not claim that your discussion of diet and vitamins is off the mark, only that it is not the only mark that needs to be aimed at. Diet goes hand in hand with a very active life style if one is too weigh the averages in one's favor. And pushing the averages is all most of us can do. Bad luck is still bad luck. Good genes are still good genes.

If any man or woman gets out and moves for a few miles each day he will see major changes in his health. More so than any diet can achieve on its own. Daily walking a good distance is better than most vitamin supplements if one is looking for a guaranteed life extension methodology. Get in the habit of doing 10, 20 or 30 miles a week over hard ground and you will see healthy changes in your body that you never dreamed possible.

You get in the habit of flushing your pipes with a lot of blood and it will help in cleaning out the clogs as well or better than any natural draino you can find.
