Highlights from Last Quarters Earnings Release

BELLEVUE, Wash., July 31

"We are achieving dramatic growth in all segments of our business --
consulting, licensing and Ardes 2k," said Larry Martin, Data Dimensions president and chief executive officer.

"We saw increases in our consulting services...adding a number of consulting contracts valued at about $42 million, including a three-year $10.9 million government contract." (Government contract is the one w/LA County I Believe)

These are booked contracts over a three year period-not executed

In the second quarter, Data Dimensions announced significant licensing and Ardes 2k reselling agreements including: -- A three-year agreement with Unisys Corp.'s Computer Systems Group to resell Ardes 2k to its clients.

1997-2000?? Apparently Unisys does not estimate this will run into 2002- They have not read these analysts reports yet. Silly Unisys!

CFO Retires
Martin reported that William Parsons, 65, is stepping down as the
company's chief financial officer and will continue on a consulting basis.

"Bill intends to lead a more leisurely life," Martin said. "We are pleased that he will continue with us as a consultant. A search for a new CFO is currently underway. We are considering several strong candidates and expect to announce a selection within about 60 days." 60 day promise is due September 31st

COO gone after joining the company in November 1996!
Martin also reported that Philip Newbold, the company's chief operating officer, has resigned to accept a position elsewhere.
Martin said that with the previously announced restructuring of the organization, the position of chief operating officer will no longer exist.
