LUNN and the NON EXISTENT reverse spilt.

Several people have metioned a concern over a reverse spilt situation. I would like to address this NON EXISTANT ISSUE this way.
LUNN and TPG are mergeing together to form one company "Advanced Tech
Products". In order to determine a fair price for the new company they
have to consider both companies as one combined company. By taking the
value of each company they were able to add or subtract the shares
accordingly for each company. In short, if it were a reverse split
situation LUNN would have a higher stock price yet they wouldn't have an increase in revenues, income, assests, etc. that they are getting from TPG. These items have caused a higher valuation - thus a higher stock price with less shares.

Hope this helps and doesn't confuse anybody.

Cary
