If you think Bush was the mastermind behind that campaign, then your name is well chosen. (At least in Spanish.)

Bush read the scripts he was handed, often tripping over the words. Karl Rove is the political genius who came up with the winning strategy.

Test scores don't tell the whole story about intelligence. All you have to do is listen to both men speak and you can see who is the smarter man.
