Thank you for the suggestions... I will look into Pantethine and Policosanol.

Three months ago:
Total 210
HDL 47
LDL 168

Last week:
Total 158
HDL 47
LDL 135
Trig 102

Supplements (the ones I take that I think help this situation, I take others for other reasons):

Twinlab No-Flush Niacin (Inositol Hexanicotinate: 640 mg Niacin, Inositol 160 mg)
2 grams Vit C plus Bioflavonoids (Rutin, flavanones, hesperidin, ericitrin, naringen & naringenin, flavonols, flavones)
81 mg baby aspirin
Super EPA/DHA with Sesame Lignans (omega-3 fatty acids) 2 a day
CoQ10 with d-Limonene, 100 mg 2 a day
Magnesium, 500 mg 2 a day
Mega Silymarin with Isosilybin B

No trans fats in diet, lots of fruit and veg

I order my supplements from lef.org since they only sell Pharmaceutical-Grade supplements

After reading what you have written I placed an order today for a Mega B and Taurine.
