American voters have fallen for the "seniority brings home the pork"propaganda for far too long from career politicians... a nationwide incumbent cleansweep operation would cure that problem. PA ousted the two most powerful state senators with a mere 20% voter turnout. That's the beauty of a primary cleansweep....most voters stay home and wait for the Nov general election. Dedicated & determined grassroots reformists show up to vote on primary day and the entrenched career politicians are toast.
