See problem, give up. Things don't have to be perfect to make changes. Humans didn't arrive as humans in one go. There were millions of years of trial and error. The first failed attempts at redesigning chimps didn't make nature give up and stick with an inadequate design. Good for Tony Blair. Roll on the revamp of the UN. Mqurice PS: I'm glad that Dr Irwin Jacobs is made of sterner stuff.
