Grant - the only problem is Akins can't explain Montgomery's downgrade. He can explain that nothing has fundamentally changed and they are not at risk of losing a major contract. Unfortunately, actions like Montgomery's, whether accurate or not, inflict technical and psychological damage on the stock. I don't think this will be reversed in the short-term until earnings are released and Cymer can talk more openly. The shorts and companies like Montgomery (I presume) know this and are using it to their advantage. Has anyone had success in getting the analyst report and pinning them (Montgomery) down on the facts?
