Aware, Inc. Announces PMC-Sierra as New Licensee

BEDFORD, Mass., May 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Aware, Inc. (Nasdaq: AWRE - News), a worldwide leader and innovator of broadband intellectual property, today announced a new licensee: PMC-Sierra, Inc. (Nasdaq: PMCS - News), a leading provider of broadband communications and storage semiconductors for metro, access, fiber to the home, and customer premises equipment (CPE). PMC-Sierra is licensing Aware's StratiPHY2+(TM) technology for its newly announced ADSL2+ residential gateway solutions.
