Give it up, Orca. Nader took 90,000+ votes in Florida, Jeb's voter roll scrubbing took out about 35,000 black voters, fake military ballots cast late were maybe 5,000. Hanging chads the the rest maybe 5,000. The biggest factor for Gore losing Florida was Nader, even more than the Bushie cheating.
Three days before the election, Nader could have taken a realistyic, mature look at the situation, realizes how bad Bush-Cheney would be for the environment, then acted like a caring American and told his folowers to vote for Gore. That would have put Gore in the White House instead of Halliburton and Exxon and the Iraq War would not have happened. Also, 9-11 may not have happened. Also, 500 billion in energy gouging would not have happened. Tons of pollution wouldn't have happened. Kyoto would be signed. We'd have a clean fuels Marshall Plan already going. Huge, huge differences for the planet. |
