The word on Toporo's business skills is getting out. Control systems personnel are just beginning to learn about Toporo, Inc. through online forums for solving Y2K problems. I am a "member" of one such forum and received the following 3 messages on the general broadcast. Though the following messages are not "news" to this thread, I provide them here so that investors may understand that the rank and file controls systems community is becoming more aware of Toporo's skills, which is the very exposure that TPRO has been lacking to date. Automation Research Corporation Year 2000 Mailing List The September 19, 1997 GartnerFlash mentioned that Wonderware and Topro announced a joint program to assist manufacturing companies in dealing with year 2000 issues in plant systems. Apparently Topro is the only nationwide cross-industry, vendor neutral provider at the plant-floor level that is providing this service. Topro is currently doing business as (d.b.a.) TAVA Technologies -- we are one in the same company. In addition to the Wonderware news, we have recently signed a marketing agreement with Square D (a division of Groupe Schneider). This agreement designates TAVA and our PlantY2KOne(TM) product as a Square D preferred solution to factory floor year 2000 compliance issues. Lynn S.
