A search warrant, even a bad search warrant, may absolve the police offers from personal liability but a bad search warrant won't make the search good.

No, I don't think any judge would write a search warrant for the President's bedroom OR the Oval Office, but I would have said the same thing about a sitting Congressman's Congressional office or a sitting Senator's Senatorial office.

It's never been done since the Foundation.
