When building a dam plugging only the currently lowest point on the dam is folly. The cost of erecting 9,000 miles of iron curtain grade border would be prohibitive in the short run. Even then, would that require land mines on the Great Lakes? I don't think that is happening anytime soon.

Of course Canada is not going to protect the US. If we wish to gain sovereignty over our nation, we must do the work ourselves.

The practical thing to do is to plug the most traversed borders, and then keep doing the same thing. Over a decade, we could impede the flow of illegal immigrants greatly. After gaining control over our borders, we could determine what types of immigrants we want to allow.

"And who do you feel is responsible for the 12 to 15 million illegals in the USA?.... The country they came from or the country that permitted them to enter. IMO it is the country that permitted entry who are responsible."

Try that argument in a court of law. Sure I showed him how to crack a safe, and gave him a ride to the bank, sure I drew out the map and delivered the guard schedule to him, but I am not an accessory to the crime.

That being said, we should have a credible defense, and do not.

"How many of the 9/11 islam crazies entered the USA via Canada?"

I believe they all entered with either tourist or student visas directly into the US. None snuck across the border either. Immigration is a multi facetted problem, and dealing with it will not be easy.

"Do you have some info on Canada not restricting incoming visitors’ tourist visas? Or is this just your opinion?"

This is based on published accounts. Here is one:

"there are likely way to many islam terrorists filth in Canada and other free world countries and as far as I am aware free world countries are sharing intelligence info on these nut bars and picking them up when and where they can."

Nut cases go wherever they are allowed. They will find the weakest link. Our obligating is to ensure that the links are a little tougher each year.
