Dear Investor,
Here at IMPG, we’re growing increasingly excited about the opportunities and rising minerals prices in the market. We have been spending a great deal of time traveling, meeting with industry professionals, and reviewing properties on behalf of the company. Opportunities are abound, it’s finding the right opportunities for IMPG and its shareholders that we endeavor to succeed. We are confidentially moving in this direction.
As you may be aware, this is a highly competitive and cut-throat business. As we are always looking at ways to improve shareholder value, we feel the best way to achieve long-term shareholder growth is to be more strategic with press releases and information we share with the public. Consequently, we have been keeping the details of recent and ongoing opportunities close-to-the-chest, so to speak.
The good news that we can share with all of you at this time is that we are making progress towards previously mentioned objectives. We are also making progress in new areas of focus that have been developing with the rise in metals prices. We have every reason to believe this trend will continue over the next several years and we are trying to position IMPG to maximize the best of these opportunities.
We would also like to make you aware of our pending AGM, details to be announced in the near future. You will receive information about the AGM date and location in your proxy package.
