Excellent comments. I've often preached that the stability of use of the capital structure is most important to having success in the pinkie penny high risk area. It's the foremost evidence of whether or not a CEO is "shareholder friendly" or not.

After all, each of these speculative companies has their "stories" with supporters, as well as the "doubting thomases," that I often deem MGB, Moronic Generic Bashers. It's typically impossible to determine which "side" to believe.

Looking at what the CEO does with the capital structure IMO is the key.

And, at this point, IPMG is a lot of "promise," but no evidence of P&D, no evidence that the CEO is using shares as a piggy bank, etc., and, thus, showing the key elements of being "shareholder friendly."
