According to the PR, the letter from TDAmeritrade to PLNI was dated 4/13/06, yet PLNI decided to give their shareholders two trading days notice their accounts were subject to liquidation? But as the PLNI bulls appear to have continued their "PLNI can do no wrong; it must be someone else's fault" attitude, I expect PLNI management will emerge unscathed even if the price tanks.
