I talked with Rodney/Andrea at BA. They said they have a letter that was faxed to them from "an investor". I asked for them to black out the personal information and post the balance of the letter. They refused to do that unless the investor gives them permission.

I have heard from some investors that this "letter" was possibly sent to folks that had PLNI in their account and no other positions.

I checked that scenario with an associate of mine and that is not true. This person has ONLY PLNI in his TDA account and received no letter. He called TDA and they said that they would not sell his shares unless they had permission. They stated that no "letter" was issued. We are trying to get that in writing.

Something is rotten. I believe the bashers orchestrated this letter campaign....we just need to verify with the company. Have your field day basholes.....
